Study Summary

Ulcerative colitis is an inflammatory bowel disease that causes inflammation and ulcers in the digestive tract. Ulcerative colitis affects the innermost lining of the large intestine (colon) and rectum. Symptoms usually develop over time, rather than suddenly.

Tandem Clinical Research is looking for volunteers for an ulcerative colitis research study. To qualify, you must:

Be between 18 and 80 years of age
Have ulcerative colitis

Do I Receive Payment to Participate?

If you qualify for a trial, you will be compensated for your time and travel. These amounts vary per study. Your compensation amount will be described in the informed consent document.

Are Clinical Trials Safe?

Your safety is our highest priority. The ethical and legal codes that govern medical practice also apply to clinical trials, and most clinical research is federally regulated with built-in safeguards to protect participants.
